Join John & Christina Carroll at Prana Farm in Monga, NSW, for this practical and inspiring Spring Seed Raising Workshop, designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to successfully raise seedlings for your edible garden.
During this hands-on workshop, you will learn:
• How to make your own high-quality seed-raising soil mix
• The differences between hybrid and open-pollinated seeds, and which may be best suited to your needs
• Proven seed-sowing techniques for strong, healthy seedlings
• The essential tools and equipment for successful seed raising
• How to use zero-waste soil blocks as a sustainable alternative to plastic pots and trays
By the end of the afternoon, you’ll have the skills and confidence to sow seeds, nurture seedlings, and create a thriving productive garden at home.
